LoveDimi Policy

Signing In

Clients are not required to sign in to purchase a service.

 

Payment

Clients must pay a deposit at checkout

The remainder is due either the day before your selected date or by the end of the grace period(15 minutes) on the selected date.

If the remainder is not provided after the grace period, it will be considered a no show which will result in a 40% no show fee and your service will be canceled.

We do not accept cash payment.

 

Rush Booking

If you require a date that is within the prohibited timeframe of booking which is 7 days from the day of, please contact “LOVEDIMI”. There is a rush fee of $100 along with full payment of the service upfront. Travel fees as well if out of state(DMV).

 

Release Of Liability

Purchasing our service means you agree to relieve “LOVEDIMI” of any and all liability associated with its service.

 

Booking Space

“LOVEDIMI” does not book hotels/Airbnb’s, and any other of the sort for their purchasing client(s).

 

Day Of Service

If a client booked a hotel/Airbnb, they must add the “LOVEDIMI” staff member to the reservation as well so they have access to the space to fulfill the purchased service.

They will reach out to you once you have booked a service.

3 hours is the standard time required for a service to be completed. In most cases, less time is needed but in rare cases more time is needed. Please see the purchase details of your service to know the amount of time needed.

The time you select is the time the decorating begins, not the time the decoration is finished.

“LOVEDIMI” will provide you with pictures/videos of the completed service via text so you are aware of what you are bringing your significant other to.

 

Cancellations

If a client would like to cancel their booking, they may do so at anytime before 72 hours of their selected date and time.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the selected date and time will result in a 40% cancellation fee.

There is a 15 minute grace period after the selected start time.

If the “LOVEDIMI” staff member does not have access into the space at the end of the grace period, the appointment will be considered a no show and will result in a 40% no show fee.

Rescheduling

If a client would like to reschedule their booking, they may do so at anytime before 48 hours of their selected date and time.

Rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours of the selected date and time of the booking.

If you must reschedule your service, your new selected date must be 60 days or less from your original date.

 

Edit Our Editions

If a client would like to purchase one of our Editions but would like a color(s) change, please contact “LOVEDIMI”. Your request is not guaranteed to be approved.

 

Clean Up

Client(s) are responsible for clean up unless they booked “LoveDimi Clean Up”.

If a client booked a hotel/Airbnb, they must vacate the space at least one hour before check out so “LoveDimi Clean Up” can be conducted.

If at least one hour isn’t permitted, “LoveDimi Clean Up” will not be conducted and a refund will not be issued.
